Landlord Tenant Lease Question

Is our lease still binding if the term has ended but we still live there?

When a tenant remains in possession of their apartment on a month to month basis, after the termination of their lease, the terms of the lease will carry over. I also agree with my colleagues regarding guarantor liability.
