The Law Offices of Effie Soter, P.C. was retained for a car accident that occurred in Brooklyn, NY.  The personal injury action involved a passenger who was injured in a two car accident.  The Plaintiff, age 15 on the date of her accident, sustained three fractured cervical vertebrae that required surgery.  On the eve of trial, we were able to obtain a settlement for the Plaintiff in the amount $390,000. – May 27, 2015
