The Law Offices of Effie Soter, P.C. was retained for a car accident that occurred in Brooklyn, NY.  The personal injury action involved a passenger who was injured in a two car accident.  The Plaintiff, age 15 on the date of her accident, sustained three fractured cervical vertebrae.  On the eve of trial, we were able to obtain a settlement for the Plaintiff in the amount $390,000. – May 27, 2015
